"First Virtual Conference on Genomics and Bioinformatics"

October 15 and 16, 2001.

North Dakota State University Departments of Plant Sciences, Computer Sciences, Pharmacy and the Virtual Center of Hypoxia and Anoxia Research in Plants

Key Speakers:

A selected number of presenters from both public and industry who have made important contributions to the technology have been invited. They also will peer-review abstracts and papers submitted to the conference. Topics will include microarrays technologies, metabolic profiling, standardization, structural genomics, data mining techniques and implications of the technology in health, agriculture and other scientific areas.

Deadline for poster, papers or theoretical abstracts: August 17, 2001
Deadline for complete poster, papers or theoretical discussions: September 17, 2001

An interactive electronic session will be arranged based in the number of accepted papers. The poster will be on the Internet and sessions around the world will be scheduled to allow the author(s)to reply any questions that are submitted.
