Dear SPM guru:

 

Using SPM99 I had detected two large clusters comparing 16 patients and

10 controls with corrected p < 0.001. The results show substantial statistic

significance at all levels. However the Z-score for one peak is given as Inf

(T = 18.55). Would you please advice how I can quote Z value in this type

of situation. Any other comment would be appreciated as well.
