I installed SPM99 on Linux (using Matlab6, release 12), and got the following error:

??? Error using ==> spm_platform (init_platform)
GLNX86 not supported architecture for SPM99

Reviewing the spm listserv, I found that this problem had been addressed by John Ashburner in December 2000 (SPM archive #7), who said that Volkmar Glauche's fixes should solve the problem, which could be picked up from:
        ftp://ftp.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/spm99_updates/spm99_mexglx.tar.gz
        ftp://ftp.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/spm99_updates/spm_platform.m
Although the spm_platform.m file is located there, the spm99_mexglx.tar.gz is not.  Where can I get this file, or is there now an alternative fix to this problem?
