I see you are using the adjustment option.  I would suggest not actually using
adjustment, for reasons that are buried somewhere among the archives of the
spm mailing list:

The error message you see happens because there are not many images in the time
series, so the adjustment procedure does not have enough degrees of freedom to
work properly.
