Dear SPM-group, I would like to model the decrease of activation of one event-type with incrasing number of repetitions in an efMRI design. To modell the event, I used the hrf and the 1. deriv.. To model the decrease, I included a parametric vector (5 4 3 2 1). When I look at the model, however, the amplitude of the parametric regressors decreases from 5 to -5, instead of 5 to 1 on the y-axis scale. Can anybody explain why?
