The results won't be particularly aesthetically pleasing, but it is possible
to do it. First of all you need to segment the images via the segment
button. The results of this are three images, *_seg1.img, *_seg2.img and
*_seg3.img. The next step is to use the "Xtract brain" option from the
Render pulldown. The results of this processing will be a render_*.mat file,
which can be used for superimposing your results on.
