Dear Andreas, > is it possible to define a region of interest in SPM to count activated > voxels within this region? You can use the small volume correction in SPM99 to search a specified spherical or cubic region around a coordinate or coordinates of interest for activated voxels. For more complicated ROI shapes the small volume correction will also search for activation in a predefined image volume, but this ROI image would need to be created outside SPM (e.g. with MRIcro). Best wishes, Geraint ___________________________________________ ***NOTE NEW ADDRESS FROM 28TH FEB*** Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience University College London Alexandra House 17 Queen Square London WC1N 3BG voice +44-(0)207-679-5496 fax +44-(0)207-813-2835 email [log in to unmask] web http://www.klab.caltech.edu/~geraint ____________________________________________
