Its not too difficult, but takes a few steps. Someone may have a better
trick than this, but here is what I have done:
1. Write out the stats using the write filtered button in the result
browser.
2. use the imcalc button to merge the filtered stats image with some
coregistered anatomical image
3. Select your filtered image and then your anat image.
4. choose output name
5. enter a function to make a binary image of your stats, multiply your
binary image by some scale factor, and then add it to the anat image---
using a function like ((i1>.1)*scalefactor)+i2
use a high number for the scale factor like 32K for signed or 64K for
unsigned anat images.
