                        NON-CLINICAL LECTURER
                          FIXED TERM 1 YEAR

Applications are invited for the above post in the Academic
Section of Psychiatry situated within ScHARR and located at
the Northern General Hospital. Applicants should have, or be
well on the way to obtaining, a PhD or equivalent and have
substantial research experience in psychiatry.  An interest in
neuroimaging would be an advantage. The successful candidate
will have a proven track record of psychiatry research, be
interested in the biological approach to investigate psychiatric
disorders and be used to working in and leading interdisciplinary
teams.  A track record of winning grants for research and a
publication record would be an advantage.  The postholder will
be expected to carry the teaching commitments that would
normally be expected within a University Academic Section.

Salary: Grade A Lecturer Scale (Point 5)
