Subject Outraged as we anticipate Bush trashing the economy, the environment and social programs! Join us in making New Year's resolution to build a new leaner more convenient economy and a voting system that insures the most popular candidate gets elected next time! Lets help remind people that Bush and his outdated pro rich approach, will damage the working force and will there by under mine the whole economy. The old top-down short term profits management approach dose not work, nor dose it have popular support. PASS THIS ON!!! [log in to unmask] We need to: end the electoral college give a first and second to choice voters so they can support what ever third party candidate they want and still have a say in the final outcome change campaign finance methods see to it voting machines are tamper proof see to it we find a new long-term solid growth direction that doesn't just favor big business but supports the whole economy! It's the technology that big business is promoting that is driving up the cost of living and is making the USA less competitive. The failure of big business to meet the customers needs has resulted in among other things the fact that a lot of us Americans prefer cars designed in Japan. Information age technology has supported the American economy despite the loss of our production capabilities to the Third World but that ride may actually be winding down. Today's cheapest computers are fast enough to fill most needs. What's bringing on the current recession is people are realizing that the.com mania was an empty promise and prices are so low on computer products that the profit is going out of high-tech. Today's information age tools can trim back the bloated consumer go shopping life stile and make all aspects of our country is economy more competitive. We must eliminate the waste built into the consumer go shopping life stile if we are to be competitive in the global economy. Internet technology is part of the formula that makes it possible for most people to live and work near home. The savings generated by not commuting or going shopping as often can revitalize our economy. This is the one direction that will not just save the economy but will actually improve on the American dream adding to quality of our lives helping create community in neighborhoods where neighbors used to live in isolation. We must look closer at how those web ordered items can be delivered most efficiently. Also we must look at how we can successfully replace the social experience of going shopping going and going to work with community activities closer to home in the neighborhoods. We need to experiment with new more efficient systems and when these systems are perfected we need to add them to all neighborhoods. These systems must offer: efficient neighborhood package moving systems to make home delivery inexpensive and convenient rentable transportation so families don't need to own so many cars efficient homes for those who are short of cash food systems including restaurants and co-ops There is a 90 % potential gain in efficiency possible with virtual neighborhoods due to the fact that most people don't need to commute to work or go shopping thanks to information technology. The price for this improvement will be less than free for many people who move to new virtual neighborhoods! Some people will be able to sell their $250,000 homes in urban areas and end up with nicer homes with the lots of money saving options in country network neighborhoods for less than $100,000. Check out our web sight http:// Siliconvalley 2.tripod.com. Are you up for a revolution or at least $10 worth of a revolution? We need your help in promoting this technology! Let's face it big business has most people believing that there's something useful about waste. If you want to build a little fire under the greedy who are destroying the environment, our society and our economy have your credit card ready and call our sails only line 1-800-830-7931 to help us stir it up! With more money we can advertise our common goals of environmentalism and freedom for all. All it takes is a hundred strong supporters and we could launch several flag ship virtual neighborhoods. I know there are a great many people working with web based businesses, telecommuters, retirees and independent contractors out there who have had enough of the waste. There are many people right now who would like to join us and help create these flagship communities if only we had the resources to find them.
