Dear all.

I have a FDG PET Brain data.
What I want to do is that I artificially change mean voxel values of
several
ROIs that I' ve drawn. These ROIs' mean voxel values may be changed to be
increased or decreased
to 10 to 30 % degree, also to have variable size. Then I actually want to
see these SPM results changing
p values, % increased or decreased, and size. But there are several
problems below.

1. As above I can make only two FDG PET data (original and changed). I
think this can't make sense to SPM.
Scan time and radiopharmaceuticals I can use is very limited, so I don't
think I can acquire more PET data.
Is there any way that make SPM recognize one data to several data enough to
do SPM ?.

2. I' ve drawn 30 ROIs and changed voxel values in ANALYZE, but this is
very time consuming.
I would like to know that SPM can make ROIs, and change these voxel values
to arbitrary value.
