Dear John, Thanks for the help with SPM on MATLAB 6, here is a summary for the SPM archives: SPM99 runs on MATLAB 6.1.0.450 (R12.1) on UNIX Solaris 2 with the updates (some for MATLAB 6.0) listed below and it works fine (as far as I can see) with only tiny incompatibilities: Warnings: The reference to 'isieee' in spm_platform is obsolete - MATLAB only runs on IEEE platforms.
