Dear SPM list, Would it be possible to visualize fMRI results exported from MEDx using "SPM ANALYZE" format (.img and .hdr files for both strctral and functional)? Trying Render -> Display breaks right away in spm_getSPM, as the needed files are missing. If using SPM GUI is not an option in this case, would it be possible to use spm functions from matlab to read this data and create the data structures needed for rendering? Would anyone have code fragments that could do it? Thanks Andrew.
