Also, how does this relate to the fitted > response values in Y.mad? I imagine one is your activation (0.75%) and the other is the constant (163) term for that voxel (average over all voxels = 100). These are the parameter estimates which, when applied to the regressors, create the fitted response. The data in Y.mad are the raw data (not fitted responses). I hope this helps - Karl
