The title and abstract are below. The seminar will be at 5pm in Room 313, Psychology Dept., University College London, Bedford Way. Tea and coffee are provided; all are welcome. -------------------------------------------- Congigural judgement processes. In this presentation I will show some preliminary results of an attempt to investigate whether people are able to detect and apply configural judgement strategies in a Multiple Cue Probability Learning task. Configurality is defined as the phenomenon that the value of one cue influences the way another cue is used in the judgement process. The first results of this little study seem to be promising. -------------------------------------------------------------- Dr. David Hardman Department of Psychology London Guildhall University Calcutta House Old Castle Street London E1 7NT Phone: +44 020 73201256 Fax: +44 020 73201236 E-mail: [log in to unmask] Internet: http://www.lgu.ac.uk/psychology/staff/hardman/home.html For information on the London Judgment and Decision Making Group visit: http://www.lgu.ac.uk/psychology/staff/hardman/ljdm.html For information on joining the 'Decision' jiscmail list, see http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/decision.html
