Hi again! I forgot to ask in my last email about divergence in ITS sequences. What percent divergence in ITS sequences is commonly seen at the between species level? How about within a species? Subspecies level? I will be using ITS in conjunction with microsats and ecological data to try and unravel my Alaska sponge mystery and would appreciate any info (citations would work) on standard usage of ITS data.
