Dear Erminia, if you were responding to my riposte to your poem when you write <not meant to be offensive to those who hold religious beliefs> etc, then you mistook the tone & tenor of my words, which are meant in a deeply ambivalent manner; I thought the ironic & ambiguous use of profanities (bloody, sods & fucking all having primary as well as expletive senses) indicated that. I was rather hoping that either you or someone else would follow up; I certainly didn't wish to be a conversation-stopper! best Martin
