No major pronouncements from USA leaders have been made.
None.
The streets of NYC are stable, very mature. No one beaten
to a pulp. No one blamed.
At this time, USA will not be weak. There will be a major
military action. For those of us who are USA Patriots,
just be glad that Gore is not in the White House.
Mark my words - even if you choose to whisper to each other while
you read them.
This is an event in HISTORY - an act of war, again, on the order
of Pearl Harbor.
Trevor and David, you can say what you like about what is or is
not appropriate to be felt or said on this site.
We are witnesses to an act of war on the United States of
America. Now watch, and learn.

Absolutely agree, Trevor, my expression was somewhat rushed. I
remember the
amount of scapegoating that went on in Birmingham, on the night of
the
bombings there were gangs roaming the streets looking for Irish people
to
punch up, I recall having to lie to one gang that a mate wasn't
Irish
otherwise they'd have beaten him to a pulp. I am very very suspicious
about
elements of the politicians' responses that are already being
expressed.
Best
Dave
