CRM ANALYST £30k Min 3 years post relevant post grad exp

This position is within the Market Analysis Division of a major consultancy based in London.  

Sitting within a team of analysts, the role involves extraction and analysis of data for direct marketing and customer relationship management (CRM).  Typical projects include data extraction and manipulation, customer segmentation, regression modelling to predict customer behaviour, and other statistical analysis.  The role also involves meeting clients to agree project methodology or to present results and recommendations.

A minimum of 3 years relevant analytical experience is essential. 

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

1. Educated to at least degree level in a numerate discipline (must include statistics)

2. Must have knowledge and experience of using statistical techniques  such as regression and cluster analysis

3. Must have ability to think creatively around business problems to provide innovative statistical solutions

4. Knowledge of SAS is preferable

5. Must be experienced in manipulating large volumes of data

6. Must be highly motivated and be able to work to tight deadlines

7. Excellent organisational and project management skills

8. Good communications skills

Where necessary, training will be given on all packages that the successful candidate may be required to use.
