Dear all, I have an employee who has been advised by a previous employer (also a food retailer) that working in a walk-in freezer is likely to adversley affect her fertility. I am not aware of this problem and have so far been unable to find any supporting research. The employee in question is provided with full PPE when working in the freezer and is unlikely to spend more than two hours (in total) per eight hour shift exposed to temperatures below freezing. Could anyone offer any advice on this one please? Regards, Andy Heslop
