PRISE Argon Research Scientist
PRISE is the Research School of Earth Sciences preferred
channel for independent externally funded research projects and
specialist services in the area of geochronology and isotope
geochemistry. We are seeking a highly motivated research scientist to
initiate and expand on existing, externally-funded research programs
in Ar-Ar and K-Ar geochronology (competence in noble gas mass
spectrometry is essential). The opportunity to work independently in a
world class facility plus a generous salary/superannuation package is
offered.

Salary: Research Scientist (Academic Level B): $49,835
- $58,798 pa *
Research Scientist (Academic Level C): $60,589 - $69,554 pa
*
*The
University contributes an additional 17% of the amount of the salary
towards superannuation.
This is a continuing appointment (subject to continuing external
funding).
