I don't want to open up old arguments but would a "mining related compromise of the earth's surface" also include quarries ? Some of the Iron Ore Mines of Furness in Cumbria used Day Holes to gain entry to the mine. Would "Glory Holes" also count. Cheers John _______________ www.haigpit.com
