Colleagues Apologies for cross posting. In Scotland we are reviewing the nature of postnatal care provision (especially the implications of early postnatal discharge and interventions/support mechanisms to help these parents as well as postnatal care in the community ) Do any of you have..care pathways, patient information leaflets or educational packages which support - help postnatal women and their families once they are discharged home?
