0100,0100,0100Please send all replies to [log in to unmask] International Council on Archives, Scientific Universities and Research Institutions Meeting September 4th to 7th 2001 - Imperial College, London: 0100,0100,0100EXPLORING ELECTRONIC RECORDS: SHARING PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS ACROSS THE ARCHIVAL AND SCIENTIFIC WORLDS The seminar will bring together professionals from different sectors - archivists, records managers, scientists and IT specialists - to explore common problems and formulate solutions The seminar will consist of overview sessions, papers from expert speakers and discussion workshops where participants will develop collaborative solutions with specialists from other sectors. Throughout the seminar, there will be demonstrations of databases and archival electronic access projects. The seminar will also include a morning session at the Public Record Office, visits to archives in London, two receptions and the conference dinner. Historian's Perspective: What Will we Have to Work With in the Future?
