In principle I see no reason why not. I'd assume that you'd be willing to offer experiences and advice freely. The MCG would not welcome disguised marketing initiatives but a commercial 'view' would be interesting. I'm hoping that this will develop into a periodic meeting with invited speakers, and if so then I'm sure you'd be welcome to join in. I'll mention this to the MCG when we discuss the format. cheers Mike > Dear Mike > > I have read you e-mails on the formation of a group to discuss and share > information on Museums and the Web. > > I'd also be very keen to be part of such a group - whilst I know the primary > audience is aimed at museums themselves, I would like to suggest that it is > also opened to a wider audience to include those with other relevant > experience - perhaps to non-museums people like myself. > > I have experience on the Internet dating back to 1995; have worked on many > Internet/multimedia projects and on industry groups in other sectors.
