Hi, Just a note to say thanks for the contact details of electronic information service (EIS) customer support managers. We now have enough to conduct a study. This will involve mapping and analysing the skills required to support users of electronic information services. Eventually the results will be published and may be of interest to members of the list - after all many information professionals are in effect supporting EIS services within their own organisations. The results will also be of interest to educators of info. professionals and EIS companies themselves.
