The IIS Southern Branch Summer Visit will take place on Tuesday 14th
August 2001 and will be to Bletchley Park (Station X) former home of the
Code and Cypher School where the Enigma code was broken and the first
computer developed.

We will meet at 2 pm for tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival then at 2.30
follow the guided Cryptology Trail and Museum visit (approx. 2.5 hrs)
finishing with a Cream Tea before departure.

The entrance to Bletchley Park can be reached by a footpath from opposite
Bletchley railway station. Trains from London Euston at 12.50 arriving
1341, 1255 change at Milton Keynes and arrive at 1339 or 1305 arriving at
1405. Other services from Bedford, Northampton or Birmingham directions.

The cost of the visit will be £8.75 which includes entrance fees and
refreshments.
