I've already emailed NLM with one (anon) message and a general comment, but feel free to contact them too- the more the merrier! Sounds a v good idea.

Subject: SDIs on Medline

I've had several direct replies on this, all saying (bar one) that they were having the same problems, that Ovid were not willing or able to do anything about it, and wondering whether NLM might? The bar one suggested using Ovid's online service, but a trial search before I sent the original message had already established that the problem was the same there. As well as SDI's, I need to run monthly updates on our clinical guidelines topics as well. Limiting by year to 2001 will (presumably) still miss some papers from the end of 2000....
Does anyone object if I collate the replies (anonymously if necessary) and forward to NLM for comment?
