Outline
This year s conference focuses on quality for all: social inclusion and acquisitions, service standards/performance measurement, hard-to-find or out-of-print items, and electronic materials are all covered. Sessions on the supply chain include an opportunity to participate in an 'open forum' discussion.

CONFERENCE FEES
The residential rate is inclusive of dinner and en-suite accommodation for the nights of 12 and 13 September. Accommodation only is also available on request for the nights of the 11 and 14 September at an additional cost, please contact the NAG office for more details
No fees will be refunded for cancellations received after the closing date of 17 August, 2001. Prior cancellations will be subject to an administrative charge of £25.00. Tax invoices will be issued.
