By the end of the event participants will have: * identified their strengths for team work and leadership and explored the fundamentals of group and team dynamics * enhanced their practical management skills - conflict management, interpersonal skills * shared ideas and experiences with others at a similar level All sessions require a high level of involvement and participation.
