Dear Colleagues,
Blackburn with Darwen libraries are currently reviewing their housebound services.
We are searching for information from any library authority who provides a specific service to Housebound customers living in their own homes, and do so using a vehicle which customers can board to choose their own books/materials.
Any information on how such a service has worked/any problems encountered or any advice to give would be much appreciated!
