Is the space between words where I went wrong?

I recently posted a request "New business from website hits" seeking information regarding the amount of actual business which arose from website / web site access.

Apart from the usual clutch of automated answering replies ( "soandso is out of the office....." ) I received NO useful information at all.

So if anyone does have any data they'd be willing to share, I'd still be glad to hear from you.
