As part of the content creation initiative, Becta, with the > support of the JISC Regional Support Centres, will be running a series of > workshops focusing on some of the skills that need to be developed. > The aim of these workshops is to raise awareness of some of the skills > that are needed order to create content, both as part of the NLN and as a > part of normal curriculum development. It is hoped, however, that some of > the materials produced as part of the NLN initiative will be of a > sufficiently high standard that they will be able to sit alongside the > commercially supplied content and be included in the central respository. > The workshops will be run in FE colleges, with the involvement of college > and Regional Support Centre staff. > Below is a list of dates and places of the workshops, each of which should > link to a programme and a booking form.
