INTRODUCTION TO PUBLIC SPEAKING
28 November, London

This one-day workshop is ideal for beginners who wish to learn how to speak
in public with confidence.

BENEFITS FROM ATTENDING
By the end of the event participants will have discovered:
* useful techniques for managing nerves and building confidence
* how to deliver a speech or talk appropriately, with reference to dress,
body language, voice and language
* how to build a relationship with an audience
* how to give your audience a purpose in listening

SPECIAL NOTES
The trainer will ask participants to come to the workshop prepared to give
two very brief talks, one on a subject of personal interest and the other on
an area relating to work. The first talk will be to a small working group,
and the second to the full group.

No participant will be pressurised to give a presentation, but to get the
most from the workshop participants will be encouraged to use this
opportunity to practise their skills and receive feedback in a safe
environment.

WORKSHOP LEADER: Teohna Williams

Teohna is a trainer for LEVELheaded specialising in all aspects of managing
