The EARL Consortium is currently participating in an international
Collaborative Digital Reference Service Project, where libraries all over
the world and across sectors respond to questions routed them through
Remedy software. The routing system is based on subject specialty and
expertise. For more info see http://www.loc.gov/rr/digiref/.

We are currently in the process of gathering information for a NISO netref
workshop, and are interested in hearing from libraries in the UK about the
following:

Any kind of software used for their digital reference services

the various profiling features that digital reference services may be
using or planning (such as subject, geographical, opening hours etc.).

If you do have a digital reference service and use neither of the above, we
are interested in that too.

Please contact either Linda Berube from EARL or Linda Arret from the
Library of Congress (contact details below).

Thanks,

Linda Berube
