There will be an introductory course on COPAC, JSTOR and Web of
Science on Tuesday March 13th, from 1.30pm to 4.30pm. The course
will be held at the University of Manchester in the Computer Building
on Oxford Road.

Index, Social Sciences Citation Index, Arts & Humanities Citation

- JSTOR is a unique digital archive collection of core scholarly

This is an overview course, providing an introduction to each of the
services and a demonstration of their main features, followed by a
hands-on session. The demonstrations will not only illustrate how to
use the services, but also discuss the underlying search mechanisms
and consider future developments.
This course gives the opportunity to get to grips with each service in
an unhurried situation, with COPAC, JSTOR and WoS staff available to
answer questions and provide assistance.
