Dear Sarah, Kathy and all - Not to mention Lesbians in Libraries, and the Gay Librarians Group, which flourished earlier still, in the 70s and 80s (OK, so I'm showing my age!!!) Totally support what Sarah says - inclusion must (by definition) be inclusive, and LGBT issues need to be in there with the other really important issues that Kathy's posting identifies.
