I wonder if colleagues would share with me any observations on operating any kind of flexible working arrangements for staff. Also views on how you staff evenings and weekends - we currently use a mix of 'core' staff who receive time off in lieu and specially dedicated part/time staff to cover these hours. Information on managing lieu systems would be appreciated. All replies gratefully received and will be treated in confidence.
