With apologies for cross-posting: I am interested in finding out whether any colleges are developing interactive learning materials that are designed for TV display format and could be accessed remotely via TV set-top boxes. (The display is different to the standard P.C. VGA format) Learning materials delivered in this way could increase participation and overcome the considerable disincentive of call charges for users.
