===== Apology for cross-posting =====

National electronic Library for Health (NeLH) has recently made available
ZETOC for the NHS community and NHS Regional Library Unit (West Midlands)
is working with NeLH on a pilot study exploring the effect of the
introduction of ZETOC for the first time into the NHS environment. The
aims of the project are:

* To identify issues in integrating ZETOC with existing resources, e.g.
OPACs, databases
* To identify the training requirement for both librarians and end users
* To identify the content of promotional material
* To gain an understanding of the effect on interlibrary loan activity,
cost and value for money of exising methods

We understand that the HE community has been using ZETOC for some
time. Therefore we would be grateful for any comments on how your
libraries introduce ZETOC to end users, and integrate it with existing
services and resources.

Please post all replies to me ([log in to unmask]) direct and I'll summarise
the findings on the list.

Many thanks in anticipation,
