My sincere apologies for sending another note about ElPub2001.
We have had a problem with our fax machine over the past 2 days (now
fixed) whereby it accepted incoming faxes but when they were printed they
are almost unreadable. We have two faxes which are obviously Registration
Forms but we can't work out who they are from.
If you have faxed us a Registration Form between Monday afternoon and
Wednesday morning please re-send it or contact us to confirm we have your
fax.
