Let's hope that people take note of the policy on video requests and the reminder on suspending membership. I realise most people are very good. Unfortunately I have already tried Owen Massey's suggestion for filtering, but this has failed. This seems typical of the general functionality of MS Exchange. Thanks again Alison Benson
