The ASVIN (Assessing and supporting veterinary information needs) Project, based at the Royal Veterinary College, London has re-launched its web-site.( http://www.asvin.ac.uk>) Within the site there are a number of new features. ASVIN partners currently have free access to Blackwell Science's e-journals package, "Synergy" . There is also a "work in progress" page which indicates the current activities of the project team. One of the most exciting features about to be launched is a Z39.50 Gateway which will allow users to simultaneously search partner catalogues.
