Colleagues, We are currently reviewing our system of issuing invoices to departments for inter-library loans. We are considering introducing a voucher/token scheme whereby departments would buy vouchers and manage their departmentalallocation. Does any other library operate this type of system or indeed any variation of it? If so, i'd be interested in hearing about it. I will summarize replies for the list.
