Can anyone suggest a person or company, preferably London based, who will come out and give our library the once over and suggest alternative layouts and improvements to help us deal with our noise and traffic flow problems. We will pay - well I guess one has to doesn't one - as its unlikely our institution will hand over the readies to do a big refurb in the near future.
