Meeting children's special educational needs in the public library - 14

Making the most of the internet - 21 February
Dealing with difficult users in public libraries - 26 February
The enabling library - 28 February

Each of these workshops has been designed specifically for library and
information professionals in collaboration with experts and practitioners,
and will be delivered by highly experienced and inspiring trainers who have
some knowledge of or insight into the world in which you work.
