Apologies if I did not make this clear the first time round, we are looking
to create an SLA for the services that we provide to our (internal and
external) customers such as document delivery etc

Thanks
Sarah

Subject: Corporate/commercial library service standards

Dear all

We are looking to set up a service level agreement in anticipation of a move
to new premises. Whilst we can find quite a lot of literature on creating
service level agreements for public and academic libraries, we haven't
managed to find much specifically aimed at company libraries like ourselves.

Does anyone out there know of any literature to guide us? Has anyone in a
corporate library instigated their own service level agreement that they
would be willing to share? Or drafted up something specific to their library
that is similar to the guidelines issued for Medical Information via AIOPI?

Many thanks
Sarah
