Apologies for another request so soon after the last one, (and thank you all for the information) but has anyone found a sink unit that is mobile / has a drain hole and is feasible to use in a Georgian room with no plumbing, where I plan to run art / craft workshops.

It will be used for preparing materials, and possibly the rinsing hands after creative art work.
