Dear colleagues, some time ago I had sent a message asking for information about educational internet sites of museums. Thanks to all who responded - you gave me lots to work on! I would now like to ask for your help in another thing: We are going on with our project, studying the development of a internet site connected to two museums of contemporary art and we would be very interested in knowing cases of museums that have observed an increase of their visitors because of the use of the services offered by the museum internet site (such as reservation services, educational resources, general orientation information, ecc.). Have there been internet sites (educational or general, art- or science-oriented) which have had a positive impact on the visitor numbers in museums and galleries? Thank you very much for your help.
