(This may be of interest to list members. Please contact the INEE coordinator for more info.: Nancy Drost >[log in to unmask]<). The Inter-Agency Network on Education in Emergencies (INEE) is an open network of UN agencies, non-governmental organisations, government partners, practitioners, researchers and concerned individuals, working together to ensure children's right to education in situations of emergency and crisis. Our work toward Education For All, child protection, peace education, reconstruction and sustainable development is evermore urgent at this time. The Emergency Education list-serve is the main communication vehicle for INEE. Currently there are 200 people who receive messages via this list-serve. In an effort to identify the wider community of actors working within Emergency Education, the INEE Secretariat has embarked upon a membership campaign. Currently, we only have e-mail addresses for list-serve participants, but no information about them and how they are involved in Education in Emergencies. A membership form follows this message. INEE membership is free and does not obligate the member in any way. The INEE Secretariat will not intentionally disclose any identification information about you to any third party without having first received your permission. Fill in the form below, and send to [log in to unmask] Once you respond, a brochure and update on INEE activities will be posted to you. Please pass on this message to anyone you know who works or is interested in education in emergencies. If you have already sent in your membership form, please disregard this message.
